Control panel
We Use cPanel for our hosting customers and WHM (Web Host Manager) for our Resellers/Multi Domain hosting (As well as the use of cPanel for each domain).
cPanel is a piece of fantastic software which is the control centre for your hosting experience. You can set up email accounts, sub domains, check stats, and more! Everything you do with this panel is done in real time and is user friendly so you should not have any problems getting the information you need. With Fantastico installed into your cPanel, installing scripts and programmes has never been simpler! Choose from our great range of pre installed scripts ranging from Forums, blogs, E-Commerce software, and more, one click install and all set up ready for use, you can't ask more than that!
hardware
All our servers are custom built machine's using the best technology known for its reliability and performance. We monitor server loads to make sure our customers are getting the best service from us and our servers. If there is need for hardware to be replaced, this is done without delay. We only use Supermicro servers which are true server-grade machines.
We use a range of CPU's in our servers from top of the line Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz to powerful dual Intel Xeon Nocona and AMD Opteron 246 Processors. All our servers use 3ware Serial ATA hardware RAID5 technology for hard drive redundancy ensuring that if one drive should fail, the server remains online with no service interruption. We only use the best quality Corsair RAM in our servers comprising of DDRII technology which are running at 400 MHz which ensures that access to the servers memory is quick and efficient process.

at the London Hosting Centre (LHC) in London, England.
The London Hosting Centre (LHC) is a state-of-the-art data centre owned
by Telstra Europe, providing high end Hosting and Co-location services
in the UK.
:: Power - The London Hosting Centre receives its power directly from the National Grid and has backup measures in place should the power fail - including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems on each floor and backup generators - to ensure continuity of service in the event of external problems. What’s more, our systems are regularly tested using ‘Black Building’ power failure simulation tests for complete confidence. This means that all power to the building is shut off to test the UPS systems.
:: Connectivity - The London Hosting Centre is redundantly interconnected via our network backbone, ensuring diversity and resilience are always maintained. LHC's network is subject to strict monitoring by trained Telstra engineers to ensure any problems are immediately acted on and resolved.
:: Protection and Security - Advanced climate
control systems are in place to support the humidity and cooling of each
suite. In addition, the facilities are protected internally by VESDA –
Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus - and Argonite fire suppression systems.
Telstra deploy rigorous security at the London Hosting Centre which is
monitored by CCTV and manned by professional security staff 24/7/365.
Access to the site is strictly controlled via pre-validation of all visitors
and proximity access swipe cards are required for access to all technical
areas.
